Pounding surf matches our rhythm
The water moves here its no longer still and stagnant like the other
Crashing splashing surf is lapping touching
Caressing and coming to shore over and over evermore
Moving me and all my senses to a higher place
Purposefully connecting again and again
Over and under on top and then we switch
As above so below mirrored imagery connections made
I’ve been through the fire whilst dreaming of sweet home
Lucidly tapping my feet to Dixie country music
I feel the joy in the music
Your confirmation of the divine spark from
Flame to fire
I hear the blazing fire now because I hear and I’m woke
To hear them sing along is pleasing
As my body sways and I bob my head
As I see I am wide open to new possibilities
Wide bodies of water on a vast horizon I
Fill my eyes and it grounds me in this moment
When he touches those places newly remembered not long forgotten
Entering me totally like silk and steel velvet
Staring intently into my very soul with light grey eyes and
Gray white dark velvet shades of blue in the night
Twinkling stars wink at me and la Luna above
Approved of this intense state and the incessant motion
As I ride along on the wave so blissfully aware
The crescendo of the crashing waves
Strike harder and higher
Faster and louder finally they wash over me
Until they envelop me
I moan and smile this ..yes this is why
Earthbound on land near the water
The divine powers rouse me from my relaxed state
To ensure I’m fully woke and aware
Cleansing my palette with salt
Clearing my chakras like a storm
Breathing air and covered in water
I still inhale
Betwixt and Between sweet ecstasy
And the agony of this release is bitter yet so very sweet
And I savor the unintended Umami
Of a gourmet feast prepared especially for me
So amazing this Between and Betwixt place
In the dark space between the double rainbow
Betwixt the heavens and the earth
Between love and lust
As the wind blows fiercely and blows my hair
Whips round my body and lifts me
In the darkest space illuminating the chaos
Of the place we’re in
The cosmos and in fact nature
Where they were placed to stand and witness
As I watch like the voyeur I am and then actively
Participating in this state of Being
I exhale and am sated and yet still ravenous
Again famished for this is necessary
This give and take
Gorging and then purging
For I know I’m highly favored and your love for me was shown that very first time
Betwixt and Between while understanding that
I am counting the seconds till you touch me again
