Speaking of the wonders up above, we contemplate the sky … time and space. My continued search for esoteric knowledge, inspires me to look beyond the seen. The cosmos for me, was the place to start the journey to making the connection to source. Cosmology, how the UNIVERSE works. The general consensus is that the Universe was started from DARKNESS. And next came the LIGHT. Both exist, and both are necessary to make shadows. In comparison to the world/universe Source and being connecred /contained and within you, psychologically and physicologically speaking, you transcend to a different level. But back to the dark or shadows and shadow work, when you are aware of your fears as well as your desires you are on the path to healing. Doing the shadow work on yourself is imperatve. Once you know why and what you are afraid of, (Heal) when you are clear on your desires and purpose (Identity) you are empowered to achieve your full potential. This is the key to mindfulness and well being.
