 The Goddess Phenomenon

We’ve created the Goddess Phenomenon organization to promote and publicize the path back to the Divine Feminine. In our patriarchal society, the Goddess has been suppressed and ostracized.   From Eve to Mary’s referenced in the Bible, women, in general, have been accused and objectified as the reason for all things bad and wrong in the universe. There is a definite shift happening. As the return of the Age of Aquarius comes, when Mercury is in retrograde and the fact that things do not seem to be working as is…it’s time for a change for the better.

This organization is dedicated to bringing out the sacred divine feminine. We want you to be all you can be. There are certain steps to take to achieve this state of being.

We strive to promote healing, identity and empowerment.  We are offering our services to men and women.

Throughout history, there have been women who trusted and used their intuition to help people.  These same women sometimes used oils, (massage and anointment)  herbs (infused, inhaled, and taken internally or used externally) and special tonics (inhaled or ingested) for what ails.  There are some women who can heal with words (psychology, psychiatry and affirmations) or touch (massage and Reiki). We use all of the above as well as aromatherapy, color and sound therapy.

There is a disconnect with some women and men as to what and who they are.  This is where the identity part of the healing process begins.  Who are you and what do you want? Answer these questions and other answers as well as solutions begin to become clearer.  When your mind and purpose is clear, you are empowered.

We have written articles and have a published novel (with more to come this year). These stories and articles give some insight as to the back story of Lexa, creator of the Goddess Phenomenon organization.

The Elements

We classify the elements in our lives into 4 quadrants; The Circle, The Temple, The Pyramid and the Divine Feminine as separate sacred places. We provide personal one-on-one counseling (personal and business) for a discovery and start you on your journey to BE all that you can and want to be. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

The Circle – Environment

The circle is your environment. What and whom you surround yourself with. Choosing your choices. Your home should be your sanctuary. Environmentally, when it comes around to your family (bloodline) you usually do not get to pick. however sometimes the people you become close or closest to are no related by blood.

However, your friends, associates and business associates or affiliations (widening your circle) you can absolutelychoose and unchoose (closing your circle).
Anytime you leave your home your body (temple) is mobile and your environment is ever changing (outer circle) and everything you come into contact with is now within “your circle”. There are interconnected circles, ovals (sacred geometry). In fact, your interactions with elements, people animals, chemicals are always changeable and can affect your inner and outer circle. Be mindful of how and where you move within your circle. In addition be mindful when expanding your circle to include new people and or elements, as well as sometimes knowing when you have to close your circle (excluding or eliminating).

The Feminine- Divine Woman

We are defining divine in a spiritual and sacred sense. In the spiritual dimension women or females have taken second place to the male dominated dominion of Earth and Spirit. We have been undervalued and moreover we contest that its not just that we have added value to these realms. We too were created in HIS image (Lilith then Eve, however, that’s another blog post/story). Woman is the most important part of the creative so far as the reproductive process is concerned. They are equally (if not more) a dynamic part if not more so than the male. The point being we are a necessary part and equally powerful (duality) of the spirit of mankind in earthly as well as spiritual matters. We are spiritual and strong creatures (and again we stress the fact that we were first created separately {like Adam}as a part of a whole). Women also have an innate intuition. Human Females are the only creatures who may bleed for 3-7 days (every month) and not die.

The Pyramid – Spirituality

As humans we are programmed to search for something outside of ourselves. Something more. We have DNA chromosomes that are unaccounted for as to their purpose. We have organs and nerve cells (neurons) that are not even being utilized), because we are disconnected and have forgotten what and how to use them. We have been created for a purpose and seeking more of what that purpose is-is a part of our destiny. To our detriment and our progress we have discovered and utilized technology that has displaced us from our morality and spirituality. We are one with the UNIVERSE. We are connected to ALL. We are stardust. The powers in this realm are present and available to those who are connected and can “tap into” it. They also can affect us without our consent or knowledge. Are you the fire or the fuel? Be both. Be present. Be Blessed.

The Temple – Sanctuary/Body

Home is more than where the heart is. It should be your sanctuary. A place of peace and relaxation, where your loved ones are safe and surrounded by love. The outside world can be harsh and it’s getting worse every second. You should make your sanctuary a place that you look forward to returning to (from vacations or for outside work). You must have it tailored to your needs and wants so that it fits your family and your lifestyle.

The energy you create to surround yourself with inside your home, where and how you sleep matters (state of mind). It should make you calm, confident and you should have great clarity as to who you are and what you are here to do.

BODY

Your body is your immediate temple. What goes in must come out. That is regards to food, water and thoughts. You have control over you. You can monitor what you put into your body and eww you should also be monitoring what comes out. You should exercise your body and your mind. Keep all the organs, including the skin clean and clear. Sanitation and sterilization (when necessary) are imperative to keeping germs at bay. Choosing healthy foods, preparing your food with good intentions, eating slowly and with appreciation for the food, from say the sun, water and soil it was grown in (in the case of fruits or vegetables) and always with gratitude. Have you noticed how some people eat small bites from a say a fork turned upside down? This is proper people. Take your time chew and savor your food. Your body will appreciate it and assimilate the vitamins and/or minerals needed and will dispel the wastes it does not need out of your system. The same with water or juices be mindful and consciously choose your choices. Its your temple, take great care of it.

Mind

The mind is a most powerful tool. It contains a brain that is not even mostly used to its full potential. It can do things automatically. It can do things consciously. Even thoughts in your head, especially negative thoughts will have a negative impact. The words that leave your lips, once spoken have an effect on the person to whom you are speaking as well as yourself. Words and deeds are intention and action respectively and literally. Keep the positive first and foremost in your mind. Follow up your intentions with actions. This is the secret to the power of affirmation. It’s not a secret, it’s a formula. It’s intuitive and it programmed into your DNA. Discover all the things you can do with the power of your mind! Be aligned and tuned in. You will be amazed at what you can do. Believe it. Achieve it.

About Goddess Phenomenon

When asked, “would you rather have this or that?” my standard answer is “how about both”. It’s so important to “treat yourself”. Remember the emergency procedure used on airplanes. Put the mask to your face first before helping the person with you. Use this principle in your everyday life. What are your needs? What do you want?

Answer those two questions and realistically everything else shall fall into place. And ladies, please do everything from your heart with love and grace. It’s really simple. There is a lesson I learned once (in an Administrative Workshop) and will never forget, “If you feel you are going to lose your temper (out of control) pause, (have a gesture you do) tuck your hair behind your ear and say “I am a Goddess”, and then respond accordingly”.  The pause before speaking or acting (not reacting) is so important.

A Goddess is a deity. A female with strong attributes. You choose to be a being of supernatural powers or attributes. You can choose those attributes. For instance, I choose to be pure, peaceful, strong, nurturing, kind etc. You want to be counted on and believed in. Your words and actions should be aligned.

Do you need some assistance finding the Goddess in you? This site is designed to assist you in your endeavor to BE. From Administration to Lifestyle Coaching, to Organizing your Life (closet, home, and planners) to Aromatherapy, Personal Care, Self Care, Spirituality Crystals, Jewelry, Meditation and Affirmations etc. It is all about you. About seeking and finding the Goddess in you and living the lifestyle of your choice. About making your home, your sanctuary. About caring for those you love without getting stressed out. About being Blessed.

Life is about choices. You can absolutely choose your choices. You can choose to be happy. You can choose to take the steps necessary to achieve your goals and trust me it is the journey as well as the destination. See, it is about both. One and then the other.
In this realm of the Goddess Phenomenon, we confer with the physical in a spiritual manner.

Goddess Worship

Excerpt from Encyclopedia.com

Encyclopedia of Sex and Gender: Culture Society History

Worship of goddesses is a global phenomenon, from its beginnings in the prehistoric era up until the present day. Archaeological remains from Upper Paleolithic and Neolithic cultures suggest that goddesses were frequently worshiped at important stages of the life cycle; figurines from the Neolithic Anatolian site of Çatalhüyük depict a goddess in the three forms of a young woman, a mother giving birth, and an old woman. Other images point to a human relationship with nature, including animals and agriculture. Ancient artifacts and texts from Greece and Rome, the Near East, India, and China and Japan demonstrate that goddess worship played a central role in the development of civilizational aspects, including agriculture, regulation of fertility and procreation, protection and defense, civic identity, and spiritual and artistic expression. There is evidence that goddess worship has had a continuous presence in Asian cultures as well as in the traditions of indigenous peoples from Sub-Saharan Africa and those of Native Americans across the Americas. In contrast, goddess worship appears to have been interrupted in cultures that came to promote a single male deity; contemporary goddess worshipers in these cultures either changed or hide their view of their spiritual preference.
